About Us

Arranging a funeral is something most families do only once, and rarely with any warning. Our work is to carry the practical weight of it — the paperwork, the venue, the timings, the people who need telling — so the days ahead can be spent with each other rather than on the phone. We talk through the options plainly, and we will not steer a family toward a larger package than it needs. Whatever is decided, someone stays reachable from the first call through to the day itself.

Why Families Choose Us

Payment arranged with you

Payment does not have to be settled in one go. What can be arranged depends on the site and on what is being arranged — worth asking about when you call.

One-time maintenance fee

Upkeep is settled with a single payment made at the outset. Nothing further is billed for maintenance afterwards, and there is no recurring annual charge.

Freehold or 99-year tenure

How long a resting place is held for depends on where it is. Two of the temples are freehold — Lin San Temple at Geylang and Thian Leng at Kembangan — so a niche or ancestral tablet placed at either stays permanently. Nirvana Memorial Garden at Choa Chu Kang is held on a ninety-nine year lease. The full comparison is on the Columbarium Niches and Ancestral Tablets pages.

Climate-controlled halls

The memorial halls are fully air-conditioned and quiet, so relatives can pay their respects in comfort at any time of year, including the busiest festival periods.

What Pre-Planning Means

Pre-planning simply means choosing and settling arrangements while there is no urgency to do so. Decisions get made calmly, in your own time, and with the people they actually concern. When the day eventually comes, the family follows a plan that has already been agreed, instead of making a series of difficult choices in a single afternoon.

Why Plan Ahead

  1. Today's price is fixed at the point of purchase, so later increases do not change what your family ends up paying.
  2. Every detail is chosen by the person it concerns, unhurried, rather than guessed at by relatives under time pressure.
  3. Costs can be spread over instalments instead of arriving as one large bill at the worst possible moment.
  4. Arrangements are already settled in writing, which spares the family disagreements about what should be done.
